During the U.S. engagement in Iraq, rocket attacks on bases were so common they garnered little public attention. But Wednesday afternoon Eastern time, the Iraqi government claimed two rockets hit Baghdad’s Green Zone, causing no casualties. US President Donald Trump has given messages to take no action againts iran in response to the attack. He has said that this action of Iran will not be tolerated. More stringent sanctions will be imposed on Iran. With this, he said that Iran would not be able to acquire nuclear weapons under him.
इराक में एक बार फिर अमेरिकी प्रतिष्ठान को रॉकेट से निशाना बनाने का प्रयास किया गया. इराक स्थित अमेरिकी दूतावास पर रॉकेट से हमला किया गया. रॉकेट अमेरिकी दूतावास से करीब 100 मीटर दूर गिरी. इस हमले में किसी के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं है. जिस इलाके में रॉकेट गिरा है वहां कई देशों के दूतावास है. दूसरी तरफ अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डॉनाल्ड ट्रंप ने हमले के जवाब में अभी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं करने के संदेश दिए हैं. उन्होंने कहा है कि ईरान की इस हरकत को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा. ईरान पर और कड़े प्रतिबंध लगाए जाएंगे. इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि उनके रहते ईरान परमाणु हथियार हासिल नहीं कर सकेगा.
